Marketing templates

Templates, not a blank page.

These ship with the launch. Within 24 hours the gym has the website, these templates, and the app. Every line offers the same thing: come in, get a custom nutrition plan. The gym’s name goes on the real sends.

Subject: Your plan is ready

You asked what eating looks like on training days. We wrote a plan for that: about 2,140 calories and 175 grams of protein, with lunch, dinner, and a grocery list filled in.

Come by the desk this week and we will walk the plate with you and match it to your schedule. If you train that day, the shake is on the plan. If you don’t, it comes off.

That visit is how you start as a client.

Text to someone who inquired

Your training-day plan is at the gym. Lunch is chicken, rice, and broccoli. Come in and we’ll fit the rest of the day to you.

Front desk, to a visitor

“We get people started with a custom nutrition plan. I can pull today’s plate up and book you with a coach.”

That is the script. In this demo the text and the email are not wired up. A gym copies them into its own phone and inbox when the offer is live.
